We know that our customers living in many countries around the world, packages might take a long journey travelling from Bangkok, Thailand where we design and produce products to arrive customers’ place.

We understand that waiting a thing is not fun; especially, a product buying for someone special.

Therefore, we make sure to write the message about how delivery the packages clearly here. We have done research to ensure that services are best options.

Please kindly go through and ensure your understanding about the shipping policy before purchasing.

As mentioned earlier, we have done research about shipping method with different service providers. Each of them has their own positives. Please kindly consider and select the best one suit you.

WilaaMalin's Comments Trust worthy and never experienced package delay or loss. It happens sometimes about package delay and lost. Based on our experience, it is difficult to check and try to get products back.

 

Honestly, we would recommend our customers to choose DHL. We do not have anything to do with DHL, please do not misunderstand. We only trust DHL service. We know that cost is higher. Anyway, it is trustworthy and punctual.

Please do not worry, if you would like to go with Thailand Post. We can manage. However, we will not be responsible for any lost or delay.

Delay or Lost

If delivered by DHL, the package is under insurance. In case of packages are delayed or lost, refunding would be proceeded. If package is delayed and not arrive within 1 month after dispatching, it is lost product.

If delivered by Thailand post, we would not be responsible for any case of delay or lost.

Return & Refund Policy

All products are passed QC before reaching your hands. If you receive products and not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Please contact us within 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
